We are primarily long term investors, experienced in operating real estate in a way that will maximize the value of the property. We use this same approach whether we are investors or performing management services for others.
Kay Commercial Realty, located in Tinton Falls, NJ is a full service licensed, commercial real estate company, providing investment, building, leasing, construction management, commercial brokerage and advisory services.
In the past 10 years KAY Commercial Realty, and its Principle and partners have completed more than $1.9 million in renovations and are in the process of creating an additional 125,000 square feet of rentable space in Ocean and Middlesex counties, including several pad sites.

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS We formed a strategic partnership with a west coast investor in 2002 jointly establishing a presence in the Northeastern United States. Since the inception we have acquired four shopping centers in the rapidly expanding Ocean and Atlantic counties for a combined value exceeding $50 million. In less than 4 years the partnership completed over $1.9 million in renovations.
ASSET MANAGEMENT, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & LEASING SERVICES. KCR has conceived, developed and managed over 3 million SF of high quality Industrial Office and retail properties over the last 20 years. In the field of Data Centers we were responsible for arranging a 25 year NNN lease in a Class "A" 5-story office building containing 500,000 SF. We were selected to provide Asset Management, Property Management an leasing services, for the data company.
